Ames was the sitework contractor for this distribution center east of Reno, NV. The work included 406,000 cubic yards of common excavation and 440,000 cubic yards of rock excavation. Underground piping included 12,400 linear feet of ductile iron, 11,000 linear feet of PVC, and 9,500 linear feet of 18" - 24"-dia RC piping. Also included were 36,000 square yards of asphalt pavement and 160,000 square yards of concrete pavement.
